Well, as per 10 March 2015.. i lost this client, but i'm not lost my faith with inmotionhosting, they deliver good customer service and reliable hosting service, i still have few account with them without problem.. i don't know why this 'sucurigate' has become big issue for me, my company, inmotionhosting, and sucuri..
If you like to see the original post... see below....
Web security is a great issue for online.. but in my case, the web security service itself has become a great deal. I like to to protect my site but now my hosting company that i use shut my site for doing so!
InmotionHosting is web hosting company is one of reputable and one of the authority in hosting niche. Their participation to help open source community regarding optimization make their brand is quite familiar among developers.
Sucuri is also reputable web security company. I think they contribute a lot for many information about security loophole like the great Revolution Slider exploit back in 2014
So long story short... One of my site shutdown because i'm using sucuri
It was nice afternoon, until my client calls and report that their website unaccessible. Ask their support and at that time their had router maintenance... then i wait
After that, contact the support again and they said nothing wrong with their server and ask me to contact sucuri.
Contact sucuri team, and they also claim there's nothing wrong with their network. Sucuri's team ask me to contact inmotion and ask if their IPs are getting block.
Back to inmotionhosting, they confirm there's a block but Tier 1 unable to do anything instead from ticket support.
Feedback takes time because there's also router maintenance and one of inmotionhosting server apperantly in problem. Meanwhile i ask sucuri's team to open support ticket directly and explain the situation.
So this "back-and-forth" process took more than 24 hours... while in this process, site is down! To make this process get more attention i start to tweet and mention @inmotionhosting and @sucuri_security at the same time and hope it 'ring the bell' some authority.

THE FINAL ANSWER CAME...
That's the final answer......
it look inmotionhosting not aware that sucuri endorse inmotion hosting (https://sucuri.net/services/inmotion)
And on other part inmotion also endorse sucuri (http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/wordpress/wordpress-security-plugins/install-and-set-up-the-sucuri-security-sitecheck-malware-scanner-plugin-for-wordpress)
But this is really... if you're on Shared Server.. no more sucuri OR is it really sucuri provide mailicious traffic ? well i don't know... but life goes on, isn't...
